Schedule and Location

The majority of MSBA-HTM courses are now offered at our new home, the Innovation Campus Academic Building One (ICAB1). Located in the North Potomac Yard neighborhood of Alexandria, VA, ICAB1 is conveniently situated near the Potomac Yard-VT metro station and is accessible via I-495, I-395, and Route 1. A small selection of courses are offered fully online.

The flexibility of the MSBA-HTM program allows students to complete their degree at their own pace. Most students take two courses per semester but may elect to take anywhere between one and four courses to meet the demands of their personal and professional lives. Full-time students can complete the degree in one year, while part-time students typically complete it in less than two years.

Each course meets once per week from 6:00 to 8:50 pm. The number of courses a student takes each semester directly correlates to the number of nights they will be at ICAB1. Classes are held Monday through Thursday, with occasional Friday evening or Saturday morning classes offered.

Summer courses, often electives, are also available for those who wish to progress through the program at a steady pace and maintain their momentum throughout the year. University breaks are observed during the fall and spring semesters.
