BIOGRAPHY

Paul Carolan brings over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has a proven track record of developing cohesive and effective leadership teams which have experienced company, financial and personal growth. Paul has spent the last 10 years in various C-Suite positions including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Development Officer.  His tenure spans multiple segments in hospitality, including branded chains with 300+ locations (company-owned and franchised), airport and managed services concessions. His multi-faceted experience along with his strong financial acumen as a CPA makes him uniquely qualified to help companies unleash their growth potential.  He has also developed and implemented the Active Intentional Leadership™ approach which has been effectively used by his clients. Paul has also presented Active Intentional Leadership™ in Keynote speaking engagements and on various industry-related podcasts. In addition, Paul currently teaches a course in Active Intentional Leadership in Hospitality, MSBA-HTM Graduate program at Pamplin College of Business, Howard Feiertag Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management, Virginia Tech.
